The Reserve has an intrinsic value as it is a place where a number of natural, social and economic experiences melt together. In the protected area different cultures meet and they bring there their experiences.
The Reserve is always open to new forms of cooperation and initiatives that give great value to the protected area. This is the only way to encourage more and more people to become the real protagonists of the interaction between man and environment. Particularly, the Reserve can rely on different  subjects that offer support and advice. Some of them are Consorzio di cooperative “Il Mosaico” with its sustainable management and the biological station which makes a scientific contribution.  
All activities and services promoted and offered by the Reserve are characterised by a deep sense of environmental and human compatibility or of “social economy”, as we like to call it.
