WILD FAUNA RESTORATION CENTRE

The centre was founded to rehabilitate and to restore wild fauna. It was opened  in 2002 as part of a project financed by Obbiettivo 2 with the prospect of becoming a regional point of reference. The centre cooperates with Terranova’s wild fauna restoration centre, founded by Gorizia province. In the last two years the rehabilitation and the conservation of wild avifauna have been its main purposes (avifauna had been under judicial attachment).
